I can't see that happening - Stammer'll now be too busy toadying to Trump now he's been voted in.

I don't think so, Margaret. It appears that Trump might be prepared to strike better trade deals with us the with the EU, thus enhancing Brexit.

I foresaw bad things when Starmer took office, but even I'm surprised at how quickly they've screwed things up. I doubt I'll see another Labour government in my lifetime.

I really don't know what's going on Margaret. Starmer's just had a nice Christmas present though, the petition to call a General Election now has over 3million signatures on it. He won't call an election, but it'll rattle him and irritate a lot of his backbenchers who it appears are already plotting against him.

If I could turn things back, the late 60s, early 70s would be my choice. Life was good (for me) then.
