What on earth did this foolish man think he was doing. He must be aware of the laws against shining a torch or lazers at a pilot. What an awful example to show to his grandchildren , if he has any. Though at the same time, I'd get a bit fed up jets flying over my house.

I doubt you'd buy near an existing airfield if you didn't like aircraft. The airfield has been there far longer than him.
