It's good to say that this club which started in Feb. 08 is thriving. We now have about 12-17 regular members.
This year we had a grant from Heart of England -Grass Roots for the rent, which is quite high-as it is everywhere, and hope to be able to pay back next year if we can.
Meetings 4th Thursday every month-7-9pm. The old school School Lane Exhall

We have attracted beginners who are doing really well, and have a bunch of mixed experienced 'others'. some professional (retired) some still working in the business.
We are having an exhibition jointly with another club in the new year at Bedworth Arts Centre.
A theme for a competition every month is very popular-last week was portraits.Next month is a studio evening with lights an hopefully some 'volunteer' models--only a little pressure-- for a portrait session.
This year we had a few outside private.visits with other clubs--Hartshill Castle-Merivale Hall, and a couple of farms and churches
