Leamington is generally decent town, unless you venture south of the High Street! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-41582655 |

I worked out of Leamington for a while. I always found it pleasant and the people friendly. |

As far as affordable properties , they can actually be found, some flats on lower end of the market going from £99,000, £130.000 and up to £170.000, I'm sure a working man or couple could afford a reasonable small mortgage on those prices. Some may be in need of re-modernizing, some in North Leam and some South Leam. Its there if they look. |

South Leamington not too bad, but you do hear of the odd disturbances. I can't say quite how bad as I don't know that area at the best of times or at night. I remember a polish guy got drowned in the river in a drunken fight. Poor guy. That river has claimed a lot of lives. |

I lived in Leamington when I was nursing at Warneford. I lived in the so called posh area , then I lodged downtown, so - called dodgy.I loved it. People were friendlier there too.I lived for 2 years in the top end and hardly saw my neighbours. |
