Brings back memories! I worked at Warnford Hospital, now long gone, in late 50s-. Remember Pump rooms with the Van-Der- Ven trio.playing violins around the tables.I had a birthday there.-we were poor nurses- then and they played me an embarrassing medley of songs . I'll always think of that day when I hear-'Golden Earrings' and all my nurse friends singing along. I think the trio were surprised when they joined in-just wasn't done in those days. |

Warneford Hospital have a Facebook page. It does look interesting. https://www.facebook.com/warnefordleamington.warwick?fref=ts  There are some nice old pictures of nurses back in the 50's. See if you would recognize them.
