I'm not a huge football fan, but it'd good to see Coventry going through a good patch (on the pitch anyway, things don't look too good regarding staying at the Ricoh Arena) http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21448158 |

The whole matter is a disgrace. No matter how you look at it, SISU owned CCFC reneged on the rent deal. That is not the way to do business. |

I know a couple of Cov. fans, and they're not happy. They can't even buy season tickets because nobody knowd where the team will be playing next season. |

I think SISU are behaving like spiteful spoiled kids. They are used to bullying and getting their own way. |

Looks like the club are looking to build a new stadium; it will probably only happen if the club's taken over: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/22581748 |

How would they afford to rent? - They can't pay their way as it is. They think that the Council will cooperate with anything local? - Someone is in for a bit of a shock. They think that any plans won't be subject to extreme opposition by those living locally? -Would you want a stadium on your doorstep? They think that the fans will continue to support them whilst this happens? - A recent poll indicates a resounding NO. They think that fans will travel? - Face it, the Ricoh was too far for many after they left Highfield Road They're living in cloud cook-coo land. |

Form what I've been hearing from the Cov. fans I know, that isn't too far from the truth, and these people are fairly hardcore fans - ie turning up to pretty much every home game. They're talking about not going to any games at all next season due to the way they're being treated by the club. |

Without the fans there is no club. SISU don't seem to have grasped that.

There doesn't seem to be any progress being made, and the fans are still very unhappy! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-coventry-warwickshire-22703822 |

Apparently, it's basically just been taken over by the same hedge fund that owned it. |
