The council have grandiose ideas that they have no idea of how they might fulfill. Plus they haven't got a clue in general. But our council tax will still rise! |

Sadly Lex, that's so true. What makes it worse is they they seem to be deteriorating rapidly. Instead of doing things one at a time and finishing them, we have half completed projects all over the city. |
