Really not good is it? perhaps our councils ought realistically look at the rents and rates charged? I looked at a unit in Coventry a few years back. The rent (council) was horrendous. There was absolutely no way I could make a profit, never mind a living. |

Rents & rates certainly don't help, but I wonder if it's another sign of general changes in society; in part, it's just like what's happening to pubs, people are changing their habits. |

I was at Elliot's field a few weeks back. The biggest issue was parking. |
