I walked along the canal yesterday to the pub. It was distinctly chilly in the wind, but out of the wind the sunshine was quite warm.
Mrs R has been out today and says it was cold, but not as cold as she had been led to think it would be by the media.
As regards snow, we've had nothing really to speak of apart from a couple of flurries.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
Stratford has a couple of heavy flurries, which have settled today & a bit more forecast for tomorrow.
Had a brief flurry this afternoon, we now have a thin covering on the patio.
Early afternoon the dentist rang and cancelled Mrs R's appointment, so we haven't ventured out today: though Mrs R did say it was a bit nippy when she put the bin out.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
Things have got worse this afternoon with Storm Emma. It took me 45 minutes to get across Stratford from work to Tesco to do my weekly shop, and another hour to get home to Alcester.
It's no good, if it carries on I'll need to get my big coat out.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
I did actually think about putting a sweater on this morning.
Looking at the weather forecast, it seems that the worst of the weather is over - thank goodness.
i COULDN'T SEE MY POND THIS MORNING FOR SNOW.
I HAVE JUST CHECKED THAT THE PUMP IS WORKING, AND IT IS. i JUST HAMMERED THE ICE A LITTLE -ITS 2" THICK EXCEPT WHERE IT PUMPS IN.

Just had a slight flurry, but nothing to write home about. I was in the garden earlier with a guy from the local dog rescue (yes, we're considering another) and it was bl**dy cold.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
I've experienced a few flurries whilst I was out & about today, but the wind really bites through your clothes!
