    Employers are having enough trouble recruiting due to the state of the employment market. There's already been demands for the new government to loosen immigration rules to help with the problem.

    That is a lot of people, and many will need to be highly skilled. I can't see it happening.
    Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
