Don't the police have any 'real' crimes to investigate?
OK, this was unpleasant but it was only words. How about people grow a spine?

Indeed it seems like a minor yet unpleasant confrontation however I am sceptical that this really happened at all. There is no description of what the older woman was wearing and there is no mention of CCTV footage captured in the store. There is no mention to what was the initial cause of this ad hominem description as it seems like it was a response to what may have started this. Some people are unpleasant out there and are probably like this to anyone. If nobody is injured it's best to rise above it and walk away.
