No Parade for Leamington Carnival.

https://leamingtonobserver.co.uk/news/no-parade-at-this-years-leamington-carnival/I must say it makes sense just to hold a festival in the Pump Room Gardens, and even put the band stand to use with music. and have stalls. I don't think we need Barkers Amusements though.

I think it's a shame.
As a child I used to love carnivals, but recognising the expense I wonder if we could find another way?

Yes, I think it's a shame too. The organisers have struggled to raise the funds for the parade for years.
