Just had a bad couple of days with the gout, so I'll definitely give this one a miss.

To add insult to injury, the dog kicked me in the *ahem* last night. I could hardly walk for two reasons!

My 'bits' are no longer sore, but my Gout is still giving me grief.

I blame Mrs R for the dog's actions. She taught him to lie on his back and 'ride a bike'. But sometimes he kicks upwards with his rear legs,and that's how he caught me. You know, I swear that afterwards he was laughing as I curled up in agony.
