I think when we see how many are to face the courts we'll have a better idea of community relations and fairness.
Accepting I only know what I've read, charges of aggravated trespass seem rather lenient. - I'd bet if it were me I'd be charged with something far more serious, and not released on bail quite so easily.

I have a couple of issues with the statement. The police had to respond to the fact that people were potentially carrying dangerous weapons, and the response was proportional to that; and the first thought that came into my head was that the poor couple have had their day well and truly ruined by these (mostly) kids. http://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/local-news/police-urged-apologise-disproportionate-response-11876984
