This is such a tragic story of a young nurse with her life and career ahead of her, a good future totally ruined. RIP Karen. Condolences to her family.
What I can't understand about this is why a young intelligent woman would go off with a total stranger and not tell her friends. Perhaps she knew him nothing has been mentioned.
