I wonder how the Guardian got possession of Charlie's letters.
I do think that peoples privacy should be respected though.

Letters written in private ought stay that way. However, Charlie appears to have tried to interfere in politics which is a Royal 'no no'. At best I think what he's done was ill advised: at worst, maybe it could upset the apple-cart as regards him becoming King?

I guess we'll need to wait and see just what transpires, though it wouldn't be the first time a newspaper had talked up a story to increase circulation.

He's no worse than the tinpot sponging politicians we are subjected to.
In fact on the Clown scale, I prefer Charlie, he is not as objectionable.
