Ambulance crews had to search for a man for over an hour, after he became trapped and injured in a small passage way in Birmingham in the early hours of this morning.
West Midlands Ambulance Service received a call from a man at 3.46am this morning stating that he had fallen approximately 10 metres into a ditch and had no idea where he was. The man was believed to have been on Holloway Circus but didn’t know in which direction he had been walking.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “Staff within the emergency control room tried to establish as much information as they could to enable the crews to get as close the patient’s location as possible
