No doubt these will be sorted by the time the QE is ready, but wouldn't we have been better keeping and upgrading our Harriers?

It probably would have made sense to keep the Harriers at least until we had a replacement ready for take off, as it were. But what do we know; I'm sure having overbudget aircraft carriers with no aircraft to take off from them seemed to be a great plan to the people who are in charge of these things.
