Remember seeing it for the first time as a kid. I was quite impressed.
I just think it disgusting that it now costs you to enter the cathedral. - Yet more unnecessary money grabbing; and they wonder why people are falling out of love with the church!

Sadly, it's the only way most cathedrals can get by nowadays. It didn't stop me walking out of York Minster last year when I realised they charge £10 to have a look round though.

No disrespect, but I just don't like that tapestry! And yes, they have a bloomin cheek if they charging locals to enter the Cathedral. It's a disgrace. I remember when the big wigs at Canterbury Cathedral started charging visitors to enter the Cathedral, but locals like myself at the time, didn't have to pay. I also complained about St. Paul's Cathedral charging to go in, I got in free only because I made a fuss.

I've always been in 2 minds about the tapestry - mostly because I went to Coventry Cathedral on a school trip when I was 6 or 7, and found the tapestry a bit creepy!
