Had my 1st morning out with a walking group I've recently joined today; perfect walking weather and some great views of the local countryside.

Great exercise Lex. I walk a lot with the dog and really enjoy it.

Certainly is. It's part on my lose weight & get fit New Year resolution. I'll also be joining my local gym at the end of the month, when it's reopened after a referb.
