This really is shocking. We are an incredibly rich country, yet this goes on. Maybe we need to look at things differently?

I've just listened to that idiot Sunak bragging about what we're doing to help people. He totally misses the point. There should be no need for this type of charity in this country. Treat the disease, not the symptom.
