Happy Easter all!

I've had a very pleasant day going on a long walk, followed by a couple of beers while reading a book in the sun.

I also enjoyed the return of church bells calling people to worship this morning.

Happy Easter to you too, Lex.

I've had a couple of strolls with the dog, very enjoyable in the sun. A few 70s soundtracks this afternoon, and a chicken with peanut sauce gently cooking away for later.

Yes here too. We have a church behind us with the bells ringing, it is a nice hopeful , cheerful sound.

Heh heh, ,, Lovely photo. I think she is trying to tell you something.

How is the playing going Rebbonk?

She's not impressed, Margaret. When I reach for the bag she gives me a look that almosts pleads, 'No, not again!'

Truthfully, I'm finding it hard going. My fingertips are still very soft and become painful after about 15 minutes, so that's usually when I stop. Of course, 15 minutes isn't a lot of practice and I'm still trying to decide on which configuration gives the best sound. But, I'm having a bit of fun a few times a week. I can play along with quite a few of my favourite 70s songs and as I'm becoming more familiar with the instrument I'm beginning to be able to play single string riffs.

It was never going to be a quick job and I'll never fill a concert hall but I can enjoy myself and improve over time.

Now the government is concerned over vaccinating children now with the recent blood clot incidents.

I am really fuming at them all. The trials have not been long enough, plus people most likely do not questions what is in the vaccines or possible side effects.

There's an interesting interview with an ex-Pfizer VP being posted on conservativewoman over the next few days. If even half of it is true we should all be very worried.

OK, maybe things are a calculated risk but being honest might be a good start.

I had a nagging worry that things seemed to be going too well with the vaccination programme, especially considering how the rest of the s**tstorm has been handled.

I trust this government about as far as I could throw the fat blond womble that leads it.

Meanwhile there is another Dr. Suzanne Humphries with numerous lectures about vaccines.
