It was good all-in-all; not the biggest or best I've been too, but it's their 1st year so I'm sure it'll grow as time goes on.

I spent a couple of hours looking round the show this afternoon, and there was some interesting stuff there. The highlight for me, though, was a clay pigeon shooting lesson with an actual shotgun. :D

I used to love shows like that. When I was a kid, my dad would take me around all the local farming and livestock shows. It's surprising the knowledge you pick up just by talking to exhibitors. Even today I subscribe to a couple of farming newsletters out of interest.
