I used to work with banks doing these 'upgrades'. The exact scenario we have just seen I put to one group during a training session. They told me it was impossible, it simply couldn't happen!
If you had any idea of just how sloppy most banks were behind the scenes you'd never want to deal with them.
Someone here will lose their job, but it won't be the person actually responsible!
