The problem in Egypt is that the militants have quite a bit of traction with ordinary people and the government hasn't been in power that long, but it's probably capable of giving far more resistance with the army to these maniacs than is Libya which is in complete chaos and from where the terrorists who killed the tourists in Tunisia came from.
