It has been totally devalued Gladys. What was once an honour can now be bought by offering a few sheckles to the party in power. Our political parties are a bl**dy disgrace for selling things off the way they have done? Perhaps we now begin to see why the politicians repealed the laws on treason?

The House of lords - Dear Oh Dear, what has happened?
I watched the News tonight and they showed the House of Lords as the new peers have been appointed. However, whilst I saw Lord Winston who is a pioneer of fertility and science I also saw at least 4 males dressed in throbes and the red and white checked head dress usually seen in Saudi Arabia. What are these men doing sitting in the UK House of Lords and furthermore is there a reciprocal arrangement for Saudi if indeed they are from there? Any ideas?
