Taking a boat to court is to me not only bazaar but it is a blatant avoidance of facing the music and as the Judge noted he'd shown no remorse , to my mind it demonstrates it. 5 Years and 9 Months. I think any real convictions/prosecutions/interest is very unlikely. The guilty will be protected because of their contacts/associations.
