Owners have responsibilities. If they are proven to have encouraged arson, the consequences are dire!

But the threat may cause some to think again. People don't like being held to account!

And next time, they'll get someone who'll burn the building down properly 1st time round.

I personally think that the owners of the building ought be charged with not having adequate security to prevent arson. At the very least, they are complicit.

It really needs to be dealt with - something more than playing party musical chairs that we've posted about in the General chat.

Unfortunately, Lex, if the politicos don't grasp the nettle, and soon, I can see real trouble coming.

People whom I talk to are getting angrier about it by the day.

If only the UK could bring itself to deal with the issue.

You're braver than me Margaret, I wouldn't walk that stretch of road. I've walked along the canal there, that's some trek I can tell you.

Can't say I've heard of an underpass there. Maybe call up a couple of Google searches and maps?
