I often think these warning are actually needed. I was talking to a friend in the pub earlier, and he saw several people walking their dogs in the mid-afternoon heat today.

Yes, Lex. I'm glad that I'm not the only one that gets rather fed up with this sort of stuff. The UK population are definitely becoming dumber by the day.

The nanny state can get stuffed, as far as I'm concerned.
