Sadly Lex, that's so true. What makes it worse is they they seem to be deteriorating rapidly. Instead of doing things one at a time and finishing them, we have half completed projects all over the city.

The council have grandiose ideas that they have no idea of how they might fulfill. Plus they haven't got a clue in general. But our council tax will still rise!
