I wonder if she went on the junket to Paris at the weekend with the other half dozen to reward herself for kicking the unfortunates again when they are down. If only we could get a real handle on every £ they really spend, right down to the odd coppers.Can't see either why they are moving the city centre either when money is short and who thought of taking down the footbridge over the ring road.More money wasted. Who goes to the canal basin now that the nice shops have closed down.It could have been a successful feature if only there had been a free--or 10p a time shuttle bus up and down.?
