So funny
I came across this post when I was looking for an indian restaurant to visit in rugby, the guy or girl that posted for maharajah must be gutted, I am assuming it was a member of staff or management posing as a true reviewer. :( . Due to that I did visit masala lounge, I would like to thank the employee of maharajah, due to your reviews I visited masala lounge and all I can say is WOW, they have a great menu. Food tastes great and level of service everyone recieved was like great. Will be visiting again very soon, and I think the other 12 that attended with me will also be re visiting.

AT least be clever and use different IP addresses, and don't post your second message withing 6 minutes of your last one eh? That way we might even believe mo and dave are real. Where as now we don't believe either and we have to doubt their opinion. :)

indian restaurant in rugby
Best place in rugby must be the MAHARAJAH in Albert Street. I've been going there for 15 years. Been to all the others but this is the best. They have just revamped the place and it looks outstanding. must be seen. Try the fish or the duck dish.

enjoy

I love indians and can thoroughly recommend either Masala Lounge or Maharaja, both are within the town centre and both are lovely.

Depends what you want - Masala Lounge is smaller and the dishes would work out to be more expensive. Maharaja has been recently refitted and is light, modern and airy.

Sure you would enjoy either!

I love eating at indian restaurants and chinese restaurants...go on 1 Asian Directory and look at the restaurants on there..thats where i make my selection of restaurants to go to

apart from that, i went flamingo's last week in coventry, was yummy! I like rugby too, but not been to any restaurants there yet..

Being in the restaurant trade myself, I can recommend the newly refurbished and extended Maharajah Restaurant in Albert St. They have been trading for nearly 20 years under the same management, which is good sign to look for when weighing up which restaurant to dine at.Hope I've been of some help.

Indian Restaurants
Hi, go and visit MASALA LOUNGE Indian Restaurant and Bar. This is a new venue in rugby. There menu and service is superb. You will not be disappointed. If you are thinking of going on a Friday or Saturday, book a table it is very busy. The no is 01788542326. Enjoy

If there are no replies from Rugby, I could recommend some in Birmingham or Tamworth.

In the mean time, try
Knowhere: Rugby, Warwickshire, Eating and Drinking, Pubs, Cafes, Coffee Shops and Restaurants

Indian Restaurants in the UK: Warwickshire
