They're going back to work on Tuesday: https://rugbyobserver.co.uk/news/bin-strike-to-end-after-council-and-union-reach-agreement/Just realised - 2 days back at work, then a long weekend. So it'll be a case of a load of overtime, or 4 days off after a couple of days graft.

As I've said before, strikes are pointless. You never recover the money that you lose. If you have a dispute with your employer, there are always far better ways of getting your point across without you losing money.
