Stinks to high heaven!
We are seeing more and more of this. There's a case going on in one of the London boroughs where a building was sold off at less than half its value, and some very dodgy things went on with the bidding. The leader of the council was dismissed, but has recently been re-elected. I understand the auditors are closing in on him!
