Tonight's Telegraph refers to Coventry BID, so my earlier statement about it being closed down is incorrect. - Apologies. I misremembered this article. Link However, it does look as if it's been considerably scaled back.

Hinckley certainly does (or did in 2013) and I think Nuneaton and Bedworth do because they cover the Bayton Rd estate.

I didn't even know Rugby or Coventry had BIDs; for that matter do Warwick, Leamington, Nuneaton, Bedworth & Atherstone have BIDs?

I believe Coventry BID was closed down. They made lots of promises and delivered nowt.

From what I could see (and from listening to friends in business) it was nothing more than yet another tax on struggling businesses.
