I'm looking for a builder in or around Leamington Spa.

I can't find anyone who has a personal recommendation so I thought I'd try here.

I want to recover some of the space lost above the staircase and use it in the bedroom above.
A bit of block wall needs knocking down (it appears to be built on floorboards and no obvious structural elements in the loft) and a small bit of sturdy soundproofed flooring and wall put in its place and plastered.

Did someone do a good job for you for a fair price?
