This muppet will let them down and draw them into disrepute. - He won't be able to help himself!

Re: Has the Stratford MP been naughty?
Might be wishful thinking on my part - but it will go belly up for Reform at some point.

I'm not so sure, Lex.

I suspect this might be a very brief alliance.

The short-term win of a 'big fish' defection may well be outweighed by the reality. I'm not sure that the Reform membership will exactly welcome him. - I certainly won't!

Looks like Stratford's ex-MP is jumping on the band wagon: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c0lxn75gw1do

He should fit into Reform quite nicely, being a blatent opportunist.

That'll be a cushy number for him.

I heard this briefly mentioned on the radio while I was away this week, and wondered whethet I actually heard it correctly.

It'll be a case of 'Good Riddance' from many of his constituents. I wonder who will get dumped on Stratford by Conservative HQ as a replacement.

He's going. I wonder if was a case of jump or be pushed?

I actually wondered today if he was reselected to get voted out, as it was the only way of getting rid of him.

If he gets re-elected, the people deserve exactly what they get. - You cannot educate pork!

He's acting now. A bit of self promotion ahead of the official election campaign?

Like many in politics, he believes in his own PR. - He's also a narcissistic c*ck who thinks he's better than others.

Frankly, he's another I'd like to see behind bars.

Zahawi's telling us people still support him. I'd put money on Stratford voting in a Lib Dem. MP at the next election: https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/local-news/nadhim-zahawi-told-jog-on-27100927

Something must have been going on in the background - the local party definitely weren't impressed with him in the background.

I can only think that the competition was truly dire!
