    Agreed, a very nice location indeed. Don't forget to mention that for the busy person there are no lawns to mow, gardens to tend and probably handy to all amenities. I might be wrong but suspect parking might be an issue, but I don't know Warwick that well to know where all the car parks are. All that aside, perhaps it would also be a suitable property for EH or NT. Who knows, we might have to wait and see.

    The property's just been sold; the new owners have bought it as a holiday let - it's definately got novilty value!
