I'm romanian, 24, working at one family in Wellesbourne as an au pair, since Nov 2007, I have experience with children any age, but I would like a one child family . I don't know why is that hard to find this kind of job in this area, since I'm here(9 months) I couldn't even find a cleaner job.

Hi, I wonder if you have looked in the local papers. The Herald or its sister paper-can't remember what it is called. (Stratford- upon- Avon)One of them allows a free ad, again I can't remember which one. The thing to be mindful of is that you will need references that can be validated. You are more likely to get an au pair position as Nanny jobs usually require Childcare qualifications. You can find out more from the Colleges of Higher Education. Check this out at the library. Further more, have you thought of approaching any nursery schools as a helper? They will often train suitable people with NVQs in childcare.
