Still looking for grazing for mare + foal

Hello i am still looking for somewhere to keep my elderly pony mare and 4 month old filly foal.

6 miles radius of Wellesbourne (nr. Stratford upon Avon) The closer the better, as my current yard is only 1/2 mile away from home, but is undergoing changes, so i am looking for somewhere which is not so overcrowded and hectic!!.

Ideally privatly owned grazing that i could rent on a do it yourself basis with a minimum of 4 acres, but would consider diy livery if on a small yard.

Must have some form of barn/shelter in which i can change rugs,groom etc.

If there are other horses that's fine as they would like the company.

Water supply a great advantage, but i can bring water.

off road hacking nearby would be great,as my mare can't wear horseshoes.

I am a very responsible owner who would like to visit the girls twice a day. I will clear up droppings regularly and keep area tidy.

I am also willing to help with your horses with rug changes/feeding/checking etc. as and when needed.

The mare and foal are fully wormed, vaccinated and insured.
