Site Blackouts

Hi all,

I just wanted to know if anyone finds this site is often unavilable for brief periods of time. I've recently been getting it a lot, and people have more then once or twice reported the site as unavailable.

I've been working with my host on this, and they want to double check that it's not just me. So if you have at all please let me know, and it you know how to a trace-route, that would be especially useful to send to me.

Just to update this, the site has been moved to a new server, please can people know if this is better or worse. Or if that it was fine for them before. Or if it is still prone to going offline.

In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist.

odd, it cleared when I posted that and auto signed me back in. May be something that still needs a tweak though

hmm, might be something to do with the DNS change. I'lll have a look.

I think its cookies - its booted me out all together now

can you check the URL, and see if it's directed you to an unusual domain?

found the problem. the page I am coming in on has the url

warksonline.talk-uk.com/forum/ which gives me the error. Once I get to a page with the proper url it lets me in ok.

thought that might be the problem, something to do with addon domains from a shared host.
