Birmingham Road development ?

If you were driving out of stratford up the brum road there is a large area of land that is now fenced off, previously it was the location of a large office block on stilts ...which has now been flattened ...does anyone know what is going in its place ????? ive heard all sorts of rumours on the old vine , from a 5 star hotel to a new huge B & Q warehouse --id really like to hear from anyone who may be able to shed some light on it , if only to add to the romour mill !

I went past on the bus the other day, and can only assume the site's having more houses being built on it. Unless, of course, one of the budget hotels has bought it in anticipation of those nice people at the council giving them planning permission.
