News section added!

Hi everyone,

I'm testing out a new system, I've started a new section called 'NEWS' which should automatically update itself with all the latest news from Warwickshire & Coventry.

It's not quite perfect yet, but it's working. You should be able to reply to any of the subjects just like normal threads.
