    Default Rhubarb Recipes

Does anyone have any recipes that use rhubarb? I've got a glut of it, and am getting bored of crumble!

One idea I'm going to try for breakfast over the weekend is stewed rhubarb, yogurt, oats & honey

That looks a great drink, Margaret.

Rhubarb's easy to grow. When I planted mine (during the winter), I prepared the patch by digging in some well rotted horse muck, made sure it was well mixed in with the soil, planted the crown, covered it over & gave it a good soaking. You shouldn't harvest it during the 1st year of growth so it can establish itself. I also 'feed' it with with a load of rotted horse muck each winter.

My only repertoire with rhubarb would be crumbles, pies or just stewed rhubarb served with cream or custard. It's been a long time since I've used it.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
