I'm surprised at the horse chestnut being under threat. But, as we know, our planet is changing.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
Horse Chestnut have been suffering in the Stratford area for years. The larvae of a species of moth eat the leaves, which are left pretty much skeletal by the end of August. The larvae don't kill the trees, but probably don't do them any favours either.
