Surely an A&E ought be a must for any town? It might stop the A&E in bigger hospitals being clogged up. Cottage hospital anyone?

Seriously Lex, for the numbers of people involved that is a joke.
When I was doing my MBA I had a set to with the head of warwickshire hospitals. She had absolutely no idea about patient care and recovery, but was focussed on short term financials.
