The problem I see Lex, is that without the tourist trade Stratford is b*ggered. If this puts people off (and there is no evidence either way) the town could suffer heavily.
I can't remember the last time I visited Stratford, but it must be over 10 years ago. Driving then was a nightmare so I can only imagine what it is now.
But gridlock is now a problem for most towns and cities. I think we need a sensible centralised policy to tackle it. Of course, that we're over-populated and packed in like sardines are the elephants in the room that nobody wants to talk about.
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.
