Default Miscellany of music you like.

There is something about the pianist Lang Lang, that I like, boyishness most probably , but he is a great pianist. Here is clip with his father playing some kind of Chinese instrument.

This is one of my favourite pieces

Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

Oh yes, Vangelis was brilliant. I like his Chariots of Fire, Shown here with Rowan Atkinson.

When I worked for Rover Group we used this one from Vangelis as the 'pre-entry' music to some of our employee roadshows. The idea was that it got the audience pumped up and in the right frame of mind to hear the message and to act positively on it.

Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

Thanks to Classic FM for recently featuring this song by Elton John and song writer Bernie Taupin.

I am amazed it didn't reach no. 1 in the UK charts , although it was still a big hit at no 2.

    Of dim and solitary loveliness,
I learn’d the language of another world.”
