Default Peregrine Falcons nesting, Leamington Town Hall

St. Peter's Catholic church apparently have them nesting at the top of the church tower too, according to Fr John.

Wonderful they can breed in peace in the town. I have been hearing strange bird call in the mornings, I wonder if it is the falcons.

    Beautiful looking bird
Of course it'll fit, you just need a bigger hammer.

Yes it is. It's a shame we don't see them in the wild more often.

It is great to seem them back nesting in a safe place.

I think in the wild their eggs probably get taken by humans , or other by other predatory animals.

    Coventry's claim to fame...

    Telegraph

He has had further convictions since this article. He used to use the same pub as the late Mrs. R and myself. She always wanted to smack him one.

I couldn't read the whole of the article ,Rebbonk, I've got to subscribe first. I read a bit of it though. Glad they caught the nutcase.

Sorry Margaret I didn't realise it was behind a paywall. Here he is again, a couple of years later...

Thanks for that Rebbonk, I could now read the article in full.

How did you get rid of that page with subscription only?

An ironic bit of advertising under the Cov. Telegraph article - building up a nest egg!

I don't usually pay any attention to the adverts, but that one just caught my eye.
