I sat outside the local pub looking over the canal yesterday. It was very pleasant, but the leaves had a definite yellow tinge to them.

As I was on my lunchtime walk today, there was a definite increase in the number of dead leaves blowing about.
I'm noticing a lot of berries as well. That may indicate that we have a hard winter coming up.
